For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player Account" or "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ek3333 registration process.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the ek3333 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You represent and warrant that all information submitted at registration and during any subsequent verification request is true, accurate, and not misleading. You undertake to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Platform or any specific product to a given Player.

You must not register an Account using the name, identity documents, or payment credentials of any other person. Doing so constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. ek3333 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media.

You must notify ek3333 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you until such time as you report a security breach in writing to the Company. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

Currency. All Player Account balances are denominated and displayed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or product rule.

Eligible Payment Methods. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ek3333 promotions:

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full;

In the event of a technical error resulting in the incorrect display of odds, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.

Casino Games. All slot and RNG games use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. Malfunctions of any game software or hardware infrastructure — including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, and display errors — void all affected plays and result in stake refunds. The Company's determination of the outcome of any affected round, following a review of its server-side logs, shall be final.

The rules governing each live game are those published by the relevant game provider and displayed within the game interface. The Company's role in respect of live dealer games is that of a distributor; the game provider's server-side records are the definitive record of game outcomes.

Disconnection Policy. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round or live bet, the Company's system will complete the relevant action according to the pre-set rules for that game. Stakes will not be refunded solely on the basis of a Player-side connectivity issue.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ek3333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, accessing, or operating more than one Player Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, pseudonym, or third-party identity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker game, or sports betting market;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of matched betting techniques designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent;
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the Platform in any way;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your ek3333 Account;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform in any way that facilitates, conceals, or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity. ek3333 maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law;
• Fraudulent Payment: Using payment credentials, cards, or accounts that belong to another person or that have been obtained through fraud or theft;

All content on the ek3333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ek3333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek3333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, and losses resulting from gambling outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Company's review of server-side records shall constitute the primary basis for dispute resolution regarding game outcomes. The Company's decision, following a good-faith review process, shall be final.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
